Where do we deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom
When will my order be despatched?
All orders will be despatched on the next working day following receipt of your order. Orders received on a weekend will be despatched the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday, in which case your order will be despached on the following Tuesday.

Order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the stated time, then please contact our customer services on 07775940310
Faulty, Damaged or wrong product delivered?
If on delivery you receive products that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, then please contact our customer services via email at customerservices@bhvna.com within 48 hours quoting your Order Reference Number. You will receive a response advising you where to send your products to, please return in the original packaging. Note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products back until we have had an opportunity to examine the products and confirm, at which point we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be mage back to the same account that you use to pay for the goods. We will inform you by email of your refund mehtod and date. Please allow at least 14 days for the funds to appear on your credit card.
